New Thesis Title
Starting with the March 2023 graduate session, the abrogation of thesis title deposit has been abrogated. Therefore, You should no longer sign the relevant form for the thesis advisor and neither send any communication to the Student Registry Office e-mail address.
You still see the advisability of contacting the thesis advisor well in advance (at least 3 to 4 months in advance) of the graduation session in which you intend to graduate.
Those who have already sent the form signed by the thesis advisor need not do anything. Submitting it has no consequences for the purposes of the graduation process.
