Outgoing students: Procedures and Referrers

Students selected under the Erasmus+, Overworld, and Short Mobility (BIP and WIDE) programs are informed that professors and, in part, university tutors working to support internationalization, are responsible for aspects pertaining to the Learning Agreement, i.e., the preparation and changes to the programme of study. In addition, the professor(s) are involved, to the extent of their expertise, in the selection procedures and are a constant beacon for the content aspects of your study plan while abroad. 
At the end of the experience at HEI, the professor(s) will instruct the procedures for the verbalization of the outcomes achieved abroad.

With regard to administrative management (scholarship payment and enhancement, procedures pertaining to the extension or interruption of the period abroad and, in general, for everything that does not pertain to the Learning Agreement) students and students can refer to the Internationalization UO.

IMPORTANT: Process of recognition of curricular activities carried out abroad.

The process of recognition of curricular activities carried out at the host institution will take place in accordance with the quality procedures designed to ensure that all of our students are proclaimed graduates.

Theexit conversion pathwayi shall commence from the time when the designated offices of the host university forward the ToR to the administrative offices of our university. The ToR will be inclusive of all educational activities that are part of the curricular coursework done abroad; the record of recognition of enormous significance is single and unified.
