To honor the memory of Giovanni Marra, President of the City Council who died prematurely, the City of Milan has promoted for the year 2019 a graduation prize in the amount of € 5.000.00 (gross of withholding taxes) to be awarded to young graduates or researchers who have developed and discussed dissertations of master's or PhD dissertations, non-compilatory, with specific treatment of objective aspects in the dissertation paper and that propose innovative solutions and methodologies with a personal contribution of the candidate, concerning one of the following themes:

Logics and tools of social responsibility in the public sector
Logics and tools of social responsibility in private social organizations
Logics and tools of social responsibility in the private sector

Under the above three themes, theses carried out in the international sphere may also be submitted.

Starting in 2014, the Scientific Committee of Rivista Bancaria - Minerva Bancaria has resolved to launch a permanent Call for Papers reserved for recent graduates who have been master's students for no more than 3 years and who have not yet completed any doctorate. Submitted papers, in the form of original academic contributions, in Italian or English, that have passed the scrutiny of two anonymous referees, will be published in a special section (Youth Section) of the Journal. In the judgment of a committee made up of several members of the Scientific Committee, the best published work will be awarded the "Francesco Parrillo - First Publications" prize of 1,000 euros each year, made available by the Institute of Banking Culture and Minerva Bancaria Publishers. Internship Abroad with IRENA

IRENA (International Renewable Energy Agency) is seeking traineeships for its Internship program, with a duration of two months, extendable up to four. There is no application deadline, nor is there a single start date set. The internship is paid; round-trip travel expenses to the internship destination are covered.
Since 2009 Abu Dhabi has been the hub of the agency, which was established with the aim of supporting member countries in their transition to a sustainable energy future. Currently 100 countries plus the European Union are members of the agency. An innovation and technology center operates in Bonn, while plans are afoot to establish a hub in New York.
The notice is open to students in degree courses relevant to the agency's activities (including economics, environmental science, international law, political science, Computer science, and Communication) or recent graduates who have not graduated more than one year. Knowledge of English, the agency's working language, is essential. Knowledge of another foreign language is also appreciated.
Applicants can submit their application online from the dedicated page, attaching cv and motivational letter. Aspiring interns will be contacted only if the profile is deemed of interest for an interview.
