Brief description

The "Rethinking Local Welfare Services"project aims to support the design of Community Homes through participatory mapping of health, social and health care needs in three contexts in the province of Parma (urban, rural and piedmont/mountain).
Through focus groups, interviews and territorial data analysis, the project gathers the priorities of local communities and assesses the services already in place, identifying strengths, overlaps and gaps.

The initiative also integrates studies and materials already produced by public and health agencies to create a unified vision of the territorial welfare system.
Based on the results, organizational and management models will be developed for effective, sustainable and adaptable Community Homes, fostering collaboration between institutions, the third sector and citizens.
